Food included: Yes: a light lunch on the first day, barbecue or vegetarian alternative around a bonfire on the night. Breakfast on the second day morning and a lunch on the route later.

Recomendations for passengers: sun protector factor in summer, sun glasses, hat, we recomend to wear narow shoes like boots or tennis shoes, not trekking shoes, (because of the chilean stirrup) if possible. Warm clothes in winter, polar jacket or similar, polar neck or hat, jeans or comfortable pants. During summer time it is windy so a jacket is always needed. All riders must have his own sleeping bag, pocket light and personal hygiene products. All baggage must be light and includes only the essential.
